Placing Orders
When will an item be back in stock?
We appreciate your attention to our products. If you are interested in a certain product, but it is not available, you can contact our support department: irynazarytska@gmail.com. We can also help you choose a gift from the items available in stock.
Can I cancel or make changes to an order I placed?
We understand that sometimes there is a need to cancel an order, change the delivery address, or add an item to the order. Is there this possibility depends on the status of your order. If the order is issued and
shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
To clarify the deals regarding your order, you need to provide the following information:
- Order Number
- Item(s) Name
- Specific changes or cancellation requests
Please note that cancellations or modifications to custom or personalized items may not be possible once production has begun.
Can I place a wholesale order?
Since our products are handmade, it will take time for us to produce a certain quantity. For clarification possibility of ordering by contacting our support service:

Shipping
We ship most of our items from Belgium. Such a delivery usually lasts from 3 to 5 working days
We will provide an ESTIMATED delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive tracking information for your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.

Returns
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase from BuyMe50Gifts! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges).
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the return is due to a defect or a mistake made by the BuyMe50Gifts (e.g., the wrong item shipped), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is because the customer changed their mind or the item didn’t fit, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
