How to return an order
We hope you’re happy with the purchases you made on Buyme50gifts.com if you need to make a return, you have a period of 14 calendar days from when you received the order.
All returned products must be unopened and in original packaging upon return. We regret that we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened and/or used. We strongly encourage you to get a tracking number for your return shipment, as you are responsible for the product in transit.
If your order is still within the established deadline, you should make the return by sending it to the address below.

There is no charge for returns but if your order included shipping charges, they will not be refunded.
Ineligible Returns:
1. We regret that All Custom orders are final once submitted.
2. If we suspect a return to be fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive, we reserve the right to refuse it and no returns will be granted.
